Description
English: BARKING SANDS, Hawaii (Aug. 29, 2011) Kaulana Finn performs a hula to "Nohili E" during a dedication ceremony for the Aegis Ashore Missile Defense Test Complex. The facility will be built on two sites, and will be a test and evaluation center for the development of the second phase of the Phased Adaptive Approach.
