English: YAP, Federated States of Micronesia (Jan. 25, 2012) Navy divers from Mobile Dive and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 1, Company 17, embarked aboard the rescue and salvage ship USNS Safeguard (T-ARS 50) conduct dive operations to remove the propellers and rudders from the abandoned Merchant Vessel Cecilia.
