Description
English: Deputy Secretary of Defense Ashton B. Carter poses with troops as he visits a Turkish army base at Gaziantep, Turkey, Feb. 4, 2013. Carter was there to see Patriot missile batteries installed with the help of U.S. forces to help deter potential incursions by Syrian forces.
