Candi Schneider, U.S. Space Force service advisor and 1st sergeant, speaks to Vandenberg Space Force Base Airmen Leadership School class 24-A during a visit to Vandenberg, Oct. 30, 2023. Schneider, along with Chief Master Sgt. John Alvsig, Air Force First Sergeant Special Duty Manager, and U.S. Space Force Chief Master Sgt. Tina Timmerman, senior enlisted advisor to the Chief Operations Officer, participated in a tour of Vandenberg to familiarize themselves with various base quality of life elements, to include a visit to the dormitories and speaking with 1st sergeants across the installation.
