English: Federal Judge J. Frank McLaughlin was one of two judges for the U.S. District Court in Honolulu from 1943-1959, in the Territory of Hawaii.

Source This was an official portrait picture that was used for the judge’s 1962 obituary in The Honolulu Advertiser in Honolulu, Hawaii, 26 Oct 1962, Fri on Page 11. This is scanned in under https://www.newspapers.com/clip/15560125/the-honolulu-advertiser/. The same unattributed picture was also used for the In Memoriam section on pg. 86 of the Dartmouth Alumni magazine, Vol. 55, number 3, in December 1962, which was published in Brattleboro, Vermont.
