Finally done with day 2 of our south coast tour, we packed in for the long drive back to Reykjavik (about 5 hours). Half way through we stopped in the town of Vík (which means 'bay' in Icelandic) to refuel. It was near dusk and the light was just perfect. Instead of using the bathroom and getting some snacks I ran in the near darkness down the beach to get some shots, including this long(er) exposure of the city. Rokinon 14mm, f/2.8, 2 seconds, ISO 1600 |
