Português: Criada há mais de 500 anos e presente em muitas festas e bares brasileiros, finalmente a cachaça recebeu o seu reconhecimento internacional. Lançado em maio, no evento internacional TV Morfosis - edição Espanha, esse episódio da série Vidas & Bebidas trata da história, variações, curiosidades e o impacto na cultura que o destilado trouxe ao Brasil.
Coordenada Internacionalmente pela Associação de Televisões Eduativas Íbero-americanas - ATEI, e no Brasil pela Associação Brasileira de TVs Universitárias - ABTU, a série conta, nesse episódio, com a participação da equipe da TV USP - Divisão de Comunicação da ESALQ/USP em Piracicaba, e com os depoimentos do Prof. Dr. André Ricardo Alcarde, do Departamento de Agroindústria, Alimentos e Nutrição da ESALQ, e a pesquisadora Aline Bortoleto, que desenvolve pesquisa sobre o processo de envelhecimento da cachaça. A série Vidas & Bebidas é exibida em 43 canais televisivos universitários no Brasil, Colômbia, Espanha e Estados Unidos. No Brasil, o lançamento aconteceu durante o Fórum Internacional de Televisão TV Morfosis - Brasil, ocorrido em setembro na cidade de São José dos Campos/SP. |
