English: Original caption:
"View of War from Other Side: A suspected Viet Cong guerrilla peers through barbed wire fence and under weapon of Viet Nam guard as he sits in prisoner compound after he was captured with about 300 others last Saturday. South Viet Nam army troops swooped down on area near Cai Cai, near the Cambodian border, and captured the guerrilla suspects in what American advisers described as the best operation by the South Viet Nam forces in months." One of Horst Faas's portfolio of photographs that won the 1965 Pulitzer Prize for Photography. |
