Description
English: Supplementary Movie 8 Related to Figure 6. Recording of FLAP in FAs from TKO cells expressing PAGFP-talΔR2R3 or talΔR2R3ABS2mut. The video shows FLAP in TKO cells expressing PAGFP-tagged talΔR2R3 or talΔR2R3ABS2mut. The fluorescence intensity plot shows the FLAP over time. Note the increased turnover of talΔR2R3ABS2mut compared to talΔR2R3. Images were taken every 10 seconds for 5 minutes following photoactivation. Images are played back at 5 frames/s. Scale bar represents 5 μm.
