Description

Virgin Islands National Guard members establish communications between islands using a satellite after Hurricane Irma affected traditional communications on

September 8, 2017 at the Joint Forces Headquarters, St. Croix, VI. The VSAT, a very small aperture terminal, is a two-way satellite ground station with a dish antenna used to relay data.
