Description
English: The Virginia Tech Building at 601 Prince Street at the corner of South St. Asaph Street in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia was built in 1840 in the Greek Revival Style for the Second Presbyterian Church. It was remodeled in 1889 by architect and historian Glenn Brown in the Romanesque Revival style. The building was purchased in 2013 by Virginia Tech as an expansion of its Washington-Alexandria Architecture Center for the College of Architecture and Urban Studies.
