Torrey Jacobsen, stationed aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Juniper, guides a naval sea cadet from the USS New York Division in the duties of being a helmsman while underway in the Long Island Sound, Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2011. The crew and officers of the Juniper, a 225-foot coastal buoy tender, hosted members of the Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Navy League and JROTC for a day underway aboard the ship.
