Vue générale prise du côté de la nouvelle sacristie, d'après une épreuve photographique de M. Blanc
Description
In 1852, Viollet-le-Duc and Lassus were restoring Notre Dame. At the time, retoring a building often included adding new parts, or modifying a few features of the edifice. This particular view shows Notre Dame, as it was renovated by the two architects, who added a new sacristy to the cathedral (On this illustration, next to the right transept).
