Gebouw 60 was een conglomeraat van gebouwen uit verschillende periodes en van verschillende kwaliteit. Gebouw 60A, B, en C. De Gieterij. Oorspronkelijk ontwerp 1825 Gebouwd in de zogeheten neoclassicistische stijl. In eerste instantie herbergde het werkplaatsen voor de mastenmakerij en de sloepenmakers, maar al snel na oplevering werd de ijzergieterij toegevoegd. Die bood onderdak aan een oven en vijf smidsen. Na de intrede van het stoomtijdperk werd het gebouw heringericht als werkplaats voor de reparatie van stoomtuigen en als kopergieterij. Ook werd een nieuwe werkplaats ingericht voor de reparatie van stoomketels. In gebruik als café-restaurant en dansschool.
