Summary[edit]

Description
English: The Waterland-Breslauer Building on the corner of 4th and Broadway Street in downtown Chico on November 6, 2020. At its completion in 1914 it was one of the most modern structures in Northern California. The building is named after Captain John S. Waterland, one of the primary organizers of the Butte Investment Company, and Manuel Breslauer, one of the wealthiest and most influential men of his time in Chico.
