Description
English: An engraving of the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind from History of Education in West Virginia (1902). The center of the building was formerly the Romney Classical Institute building built in 1846. This building now serves as the administration building for the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind.
