Description

c/n 1095 Built 1971 and served at various times with 33, 72 and 230 squadrons, 240 Operational Conversion Unit (240OCU) and also with 1563 Flight in Belize. Placed in storage at Boscombe Down, she moved to Shawbury for further storage in August 2012 and then to Cranwell for ground instruction in April 2014. Far from complete, she arrived at the museum in February 2018 and is being rebuilt by a dedicated team using parts from the hulk of XW225. She carries 33 squadron marks on her cockpit side.
