English: Botox ampoule (Botulinum toxin, highly toxic for humans) for superficial injection into the human skin for smoothing wrinkles, with cm ruler aside to indicate size. The event briefly described in the image title is called "Botox Party". Yes, it is.
By the way: If you think sth. like "This image and the writing is a cool idea, a prank or the like" - no. This is real, and it happened to me, and this very empty Botox ampoule stood in my living room very much to my surprise and dislike.
