Summary
[edit]DescriptionXanthoconium purpureum 60266.jpg |
Xanthoconium purpureum (Snell & E.A. Dick) Location: Washington Crossing State Park, Mercer Co., New Jersey, USA Notes: Looks a bit like a young T. rubrobruneus from the top (see the first 2 pics), but the pores are yellowish; this feature alone removes it from that genus. NB: this collection was discovered in the same park (but different spot) and on the same day/year as that of observation #26489, so both could be the same thing. |
