Description
English: Part of a Thai folding book (identifier NPT-004-011) at Wat Lam Phaya Folk Floating Market Museum, Nakhon Pathom. According to Jana Igunma (3 November 2016), Thai local knowledge: The long hidden wisdom of manuscripts [1], it was produced in the 19th century and contains protective magic (saiyasāt), yantra designs and creation of amulets (takrut) as its subject, which could be read and used by a ritual specialist or Buddhist monk
