Description

With the establishment of the Association of the Persecuted, parallel to the legitimate and vital demands for former political prisoners, at the core of the issues was the discovery of the remains of the martyrs who were executed, disappeared in a mafia manner, eliminated during inhumane interrogations, or died during the hardships of imprisonment or internment.

The Chairman of the Association of Former Persecuted in Korçë, Ylber Merdani, reveals some of the places where suspicions arise about hidden graves in Korçë and shares some of the names of these martyrs, who will forever remain in the memory of the Albanian nation for their sublime sacrifice, for nationalism and anti-communism, for their democratic and humane spirit.
