Four storey residential building. Architect: József Fischer Built in 1926-1928. Participant of Budapest100 (2021) event. - 5 Zenta Street (Bartók Street corner), Lágymányos neighbourhood, 11th district of Budapest.
Magyar:
Zenta utca 1-5 szám Társasház-együttes épülete közül az 5 szám Tervező: Lágymányosi Fischer József. Építés éve: 1926, 1927, 1928. Az 1910-es 1920-as években úgy akartak többszintes városi bérházakat létrehozni, hogy közben minél inkább megtartsák a környék kertvárosi jellegét. Így leggyakrabban csak az utcafront került teljes beépítésre, gyakoriak az egymáshoz csatlakozó hátsó kertek, néha az előkertek is. Ez alapján tervezte (Lágymányosi) Fischer József amikor megtervezte a Zenta utca 1–5. szinte utca hosszúságú épületét, hiszen nincs lakó, akinek az ablaka ne kapna kellő napfényt. A ház magasföldszintes, négy-, helyenként ötemeletes, magastetős. A 2-4 szobás – bizonyos esetekben plusz hallos – lakásokat zárt folyosós lépcsőházakból lehet elérni, amelyeket függőfolyosós rendszer köt össze. A folyosókra egyedül az akkori cselédszobák és konyhák néznek.Az épület a Budapest100 2021 résztvevője volt.
