Description
English: Cemetery cross of the Central Cemetery (Zentralfriedhof) in Ibbenbüren, Kreis Steinfurt, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is a listed cultural heritage monument.
Deutsch: Friedhofskreuz des Zentralfriedhofs Ibbenbüren, Kreis Steinfurt, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland. Das Kruzifix steht auf einem hohen Sockel mit abgerundeten Ecken und Abdeckplatte. In Anlehnung an barocke Tradition ist das Kreuz mit dem Korpus im „Vier-Nagel-Typus“ gehalten. Das „Objekt der Volksfrömmigkeit“ steht seit dem Jahr 2000 komplett unter Denkmalschutz.
