Parts of New Zealand (where traffic keeps to the left side of the road) cities are (said to be) indistinguishable from US equivalents. Many movies for television have been filmed there and after filming is complete all the film is converted to its mirror image and the RHD cars become LHD cars. If your movie calls for a Packard police car then it has to be converted to RHD so that when filmed and converted to its mirror image the policeman is driving from the correct side of his car.
