- I know, we (including me) routinely use that logic. However, Claudney Neves isn't obliged to first-publish his images on Commons. In addition, the uploader so far has zero deleted images, despiting uploading since May 2015. So, overall, it's likely the uploader is indeed Claudney Neves and legitimately uploaded this image. IMO, it might not be inappropriate to ask him to confirm that the uploading Commons-account belongs to him. --Túrelio (talk) 21:38, 8 February 2016 (UTC)
