Syria

@Owennson: Hello I see that you've done a lot of work in this image, and Syria joined the BRI today. [1]. Can you update the map? I would do it myself but I'm a bit illiterate when it comes to painting images.

@Karl Krafft, Syria joined Belt and Road Initiative, not Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. The two maps are unrelated. Also I change the map according to the official website of AIIB and BRI.
