Heat 2[edit]

Hi, I noticed this file is named "(...) Preliminaries heat 2 or 3.JPG" but I assure you this is heat 2. The man in lane 2 with the blue shirt and the slow start is Wilfried Bingangoye (Gabon), lane 3 (orange and grey) is Timi Garstang competing for the Marshall Islands, the white-red guy in lane 4 is Indonesia's Fernando Lumain, and the guy in lane 5 with the Surinamese stripes on his shorts is definitely Jurgen Themen. The back three athletes have to be Liaquat Ali from Pakistan, Rodman Teltull from Palau, and Tavevele Noa from Tuvalu but I can't find who is who. Does anybody disagree? Yes, it was Heat 2. I identified Rodman Teltull on lane 6. His number was 2639 (see Official Report). There was no athlete in Heat 3 with a number beginning with 26xx. --OlympicLegends (talk) 16:27, 2 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
