I don't understand, what's the difference between "non-communist" and "neutral"? "Neutral" between what? "Communist" and "Non-Communist"? What does that make them (the grey countries)? Somewhat communist but not exactly communist? Can someone change the wording to something that's more make sense? Bennylin (yes?) 16:02, 18 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
