User:Bennylin/Template/Maps

This template seems to be putting things into categories with incorrect names. For example, it puts File:63.00.00 KalimantanSelatan.svg into Category:Locator maps of regencies of South Kalimantan, which does not exist. However, the existing category is named Category:Locator maps of South Kalimantan regencies, with the name of the province before "regencies", and that seems to be the standard naming.

There are two issues with this. One is the incorrect category name; could you please fix that? The other issue is that a template in userspace should probably not be used on live pages. Could you either move this to template space, or change the pages that use it to work the same as thos that don't? Thanks. -- Auntof6 (talk) 08:07, 25 March 2024 (UTC)

Map request

Hi Bennylin, I was wondering if you could make a map of the United States of Indonesia (Republik Indonesia Serikat) in the style of the historical Indonesian provinces maps you made (:File:Indonesia provinces 1945.svg|this being an example)? I know that there are vector maps of this period of history on Commons, however, I'm trying to make an animation of the territorial evolution of Indonesia and would like to have this included using the series of maps you've made.
