Removal of licensing tag notice

The uploader of this file is known to be the owner of the blog, since the blog is their property and they have correctly applied a self-release license on the page - doing the email as well seems unnecessary and a bit overboard given the simplicity of this image and it has been available on Commons since 2004 with no problems or objections from the owner - is has recently donated more images to Commons. --Varnent (talk)^(COI) 21:11, 27 January 2013 (UTC)

It says that this image was uploaded in 2013, but you mentioned an image uploaded in 2004. Are you talking about a different image and a different uploader, or did you make a typo? --Stefan4 (talk) 21:22, 27 January 2013 (UTC)

Yes - thank you for catching that - I made the silly mistake of not looking at the upload section - the date in the description stuck in my head. It's what I get for doing wiki work to pass time before my flight after a long conference - apologies. In any case - the owner is submitting an email to OTRS (I find Commons deletion debates to be too drawn out - this seemed faster) - so it's a moot point. :) --Varnent (talk)^(COI) 22:51, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
