Union Flag in distress[编辑]

No it is not, it's simply mounted in reverse. It's no different then if you were looking at a real Union Jack on a flagpole and it flying to the left. Fry1989 eh? 01:08, 1 August 2013 (UTC)[回复]
No it isn't. The Flagpole is on the right, as such it is flying from the right so the large white band should be at the top right hand side. In this image it isn't. This image shows the Union Flag as if it were flying from a flagpole on the left. The flag is correct if we look at it on its own but it is not, it is being flown. rename?[编辑]

This is not even close to what the real arms looks like and is being used on may wiki's as the coat of arms. If not deleted it should be moved (renamed) so people dont use it because they think its real or even accurate. -- Moxy (talk) 00:12, 30 August 2013 (UTC)[回复]

None of these errors are specified on this talk page, so the template is rather useless, as it points to things that aren't here. I fear that you don't really understand heraldry that well, this file properly follows the blazon, and only differs in proportions and design of the lambrequins from the present design which can't be used on Wikipedia. This depiction is both real, and seemingly accurate. A rename is not necessary, and even if it were, the rename template ought to be used instead of the disputed template.
