Ijon, in Israel yes but in US we have URAA issue which means that the file file should be in public domain in URAA date. In Israel in 1.1.1996. We had ש long discussion which ended her. As there might be a copyright issue, it is better to be in the safe side so I have asked National Library of Israel to send a permission to all 26,500 files that I have uploded and they done so.
