Mike Ownby authorship

It's clear that Ownby uploads many movie stills and promotional images that are not his own under incompatible licenses to Flickr, and he is listed as such here. The images uploaded in this group, however, were clearly taken on a point-and-shoot camera, are high-resolution (but lower quality) with camera metadata, and were uploaded the same night - certainly original from Ownby's camera, and I did a search for him on social media/YouTube and there is proof he was at the event to have taken such images himself, particularly from the same angle as this image. As the Commons ban on Ownby applies to the movie stills and similar materials, I feel this use is acceptable. Kingsif (talk) 22:05, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
