There is no need to show the image source code: it can be done just opening the file with a text editor. It's not like a program made picture (like those made with gnuplot or matlab), where is important tho show the code (of the program) to reproduce the file. Another point: I see no reason to don't use symmetrical stars. Yeah, File:Flag010N010.png don't use symmetrical stars... but sometimes raster picture have this kind of issue.
