Dubious Flag or Reported Flag?

Havsjö Shown the Flag is possibly dubious according to an website while FOTW has a couple sources for the flag,

- Checking the website, it cites Tre secoli di storia attraverso le bandiere — Dall'Imperio Russo all'Unione Sovietica e alla Comunità degli Stati Indipendenti as where the flag comes from, written by Aldo Ziggiotto, a member of the Italian Center for Vexillological Studies. This book is cited in Flag of the Komi Republic, however as I currently do not have a copy, I cannot vouch for its validity in general. Shadowboxer2005 (talk) 23:49, 27 June 2024 (UTC)
