This certainly is no "Historical image of Manila", but a changed version of a picture of Hongkong. And it's intended to be that way, to imagine how Manila could look like if filipino/tagalog wouldn't be written in latin script. Well, for nine days no one noted an opinion about the above mentioned question on this exotical picture. In the meanwhile pragmatically I just did put the file into the category "tagalog language", and will leave it there. Newertheless, I propose the name "Hipoteza Manilo" (="hypothetical Manila"), cause just by chance the file was constructed in 1987, and the name "Manila in 1987" is more misleading than helping... --ThomasPusch (talk) 16:00, 21 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
