Note: The flickr owner and copyright owner) allows this image to be used as long as the license is 'cc by sa generic." He had changed the license to ARR initially just after it passed review on a 'cc by generic' license but I think his wishes should be followed. I contacted a second time to petition him to change his mind and after he changed the license to "cc by sa generic", I ordered a new review and this time, the flickr review bot passed the image on this particular license. This second license, "cc by sa generic" should be the license wikipedia follows for this image which is only 1 day old. Regards, --Leoboudv (talk) 02:13, 16 October 2010 (UTC)

•  Comment: I should just clarify that the flickr owner (Gary) never replied to my second flickrmail petitioning him to license this image freely from 'ARR.' I just noticed about 12+ hours later that he changed the license to "cc by sa generic" which signalled to me that he gave consent to the image being used...but under this specific license only. That is why I ordered the second flickr review under this new license which should be the license for this image. I hope this helps. Thank You, --Leoboudv (talk) 23:06, 16 October 2010 (UTC)
