The bust does not show Gustav Höfler

@Frettie: Sincere thanks for your photo! – When I was there on Sunday, a thunderstorm turned day into night and completely spoilt my efforts. However, my bad images still allowed to clarify the identity of the portrayed person, Karl Raphael Herder.

The “true” bust of Gustav Höfler, Herder's business partner, is shown by another picture: File:Büste Annastr (Bad Tölz) Gustav Höfler.jpg. – As that bust clearly shows a different person, not both persons can be Gustav Höfler.

Would you agree to renaming the image into something like this?

Then, I might name my image of the plaque like this:
