Image cropping[edit]

I highly disagree with this image cropping. Many people would want to download maps into computer, not only to look them in Wikimedia. I am an map collector by myself and I have more than 30,000 various maps in my computer. So, when I download map from the Internet I want that such map have a proper legend that describe map subject. Therefore, I always include such legend into maps that I create, so that these maps are good for downloading and usage independently from map page in Wikimedia Commons. I do not see any reason why map without legend would be better. Finally, if somebody want to have this image without legend because of some reason, then such image should be uploaded as separate file as derivative work, but not over this image which should keep its legend. Use of "forbidden" in the image text[edit]

I find it problematic that the image describes the use of depleted uranium munitions as "forbidden" given that, to my understanding, DU weapons are not forbidden. At any rate, it is inconsistent with the Wikipedia article on DU weapons which states that they are legal: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depleted_uranium#Legal_status_in_weapons Also, consistent with Wikipedia's policy on Kosovo, the "Central Serbia" area of the map, which seems to be labelled in this way to imply that Kosovo is part of Serbia, should simply read "Serbia"

OK, read this: http://iacenter.org/warcrime/11_weapn.htm
Quote 1: "Subsequent agreements, including the Hague Conventions of 1899 and 1907, the Geneva Conventions of 1925 and 1949 and the Nuremberg Charter of 1945 have affirmed that the following acts are prohibited under international law"
Quote 2: "The use of cluster bombs are prohibited acts if war under i and ii above, while the use of Depleted Uranium weapons are prohibited acts of war under all five categories."
As for name "Central Serbia" that was official name of that region in year 1999, which is presented on this map. Do you want to say that Kosovo was not part of Serbia in 1999? PANONIAN (talk) 22:17, 26 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
