OK, people, please stop reverting this map all the time. I moved here a file version which user Nikswerdhond created from this map: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Sandzak01.png

user Nikswerdhond had aim to overwrite my original map named "Sandzak01.png" and to move my original file version here. According to commons rules, he should create his new map version in new file and he should not move my original map version to new file. Therefore, I reverted him in file "Sandzak01.png" and moved his map version (without Kosovo) here.

File version to which users Nikola Smolenski and Bobrayner reverted is now pure duplicate of file "Sandzak01.png". I see no problem that this file version does not show Kosovo as, according to commons policy, there should be maps which reflecting both points of view. However, I strongly object that file version without Kosovo is uploaded in "Sandzak01.png". Instead, it should be uploaded here, as obvious derivative work. And by the way, map "Sandzak01.png" is a rather historical. As original author, I would rather keep it like that. It is not historical because of a dispute about Kosovo but because it shows region Central Serbia which does not exist after year 2010. You people are all free to make derivative versions of map named "Sandzak01.png" and you are free to upload your derivative versions under new file names, but please do not upload your derivative versions over original map and do not revert this file to version which is a pure duplicate of file "Sandzak01.png". In fact, as I am tired of this, if anybody reverts this once more to version identical to file "Sandzak01.png", I will upload file version of this map without Kosovo (made by Nikswerdhond) under fully new file name, I will propose this file for deletion (as obvious duplicate of file "Sandzak01.png"), and, finally, I will report to administrator table any user who try to overwrite original file "Sandzak01.png" with any derivative version (instead to upload this derivative version under different name).
