Speedy deletion

I believe instead of tagging the file for a Speedy Deletion it should rather be nominated for regular deletion where users could debate and share their views on this issue. --Kimsə (talk) 12:33, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- Actually the copyright owner of hand-made copy (which from legal POV is derivative work, not the simple copy) is going to sue us. The case is IMHO obvious. So please, delete it ASAP. Then the real photocopy of original picture can be uploaded again under slightly different name, which solves the problem. Polimerek (talk) 11:06, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
- Hand-made copy of someone else's art cannot be copyrighted (as new) by any stretch of the imagination. Sorry. Read what "original" means please. We're talking about Matejko here, Poland's nominal painter. Poeticbent talk 17:16, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
