I believe this image meets legal requirements. It was taken in a public place, does not infringe on anyone's commercial interests and does not pretend to be the original in any way. This is in according to Mexican copyright law (see Commons:Freedom_of_panorama#Mexico and http://www.sice.oas.org/int_prop/nat_leg/mexico/lcrd.asp#tit6cap2. The fact that it is inside a "building" (a metro station) is irrelevant to Mexican law as the law states that freedom of panorama applies to "lugares públicos" The word "lugar" can mean inside or outside.
