New identification

Misidentified as La Perla building when it was uploaded. It's a different building called Eguzki Etxea in the 21st century, west of La Perla but a separate building, built in the 1910s as a bathing facility for the spanish royal family, and known then as Caseta Real, which in turn substituted a previous Caseta Real, which was a huge bathing machine on rails.
