Elbe Border

The thick border line between Lower Saxony and Schleswig Holstein is missing on the Elbe west of Germany. This would make clearer that most of the islands belong to Lower Saxony. --Aeroid (トーク) 07:33, 1 July 2014 (UTC)

Fact: Out of 12 islands between Hamburg port and North Sea only de:Hanskalbsand, de:Lühesand and de:Schwarztonnensand are part of Lower Saxony in whole. And the three outermost islands de:Neuwerk, de:Scharhörn und de:Nigehörn (which makes it 15 islands in total, if you wanna count them) aren't part of Lower Saxony neither.--TUBS 08:01, 1 July 2014 (UTC)

Not quite sure what your point is wrt my suggestion to also use the thinker border for the Lower Elbe as it is used elswhere in the map (especially east of Hamburg). To your counting: excluding anything beyond Kugelbake de:Liste der Elbinseln shows this list:

• Lower Saxony: de:Lühesand, de:Schwarztonnensand und de:Hahnöfersand
• Major Part in Lower Saxony: de:Hanskalbsand/de:Neßsand
• Schlewig Holstein: de:Rhinplate, de:Bishorst, de:Pagensand und de:Rhinplate

I'll happily take back "majority", thanks for the note. But the map actually only shows Pagensand, Lühesand and Hanskalbsand/Neßsand. So a border line would make sense, IMHO. --Aeroid (トーク) 19:59, 1 July 2014 (UTC)
