Needs a complete overhaul

This diagram needs to be updated! The data is from 2002, and a lot of it is outdated. The authors of the study it is based on (Hainaut & Delsanti) have published an updated and corrected version in 2012, see here for the paper, and here for the data. A large number of new objects have been found since then (including all of the largest TNOs besides Pluto), and many of the colour measurements used in the 2002 study have been shown to be erroneous, including most of the extreme objects. For example, none of 2001 KP77, 2000 CR105, 1994 ES2 are included in the new study because their colours are simply not known. In addition, many of the early size estimates have changed a lot, compare this list. I have made a quick plot of the new data, here, but I cannot reproduce the SVG plot used here.
