The bond length of the S-Cl-bond is 207pm, not 2.07pm. (Its 2.07 Å).I checked at Journal of Molecular Structure Volume 101, Issues 3-4, September 1983, Pages 233-238 to be sure. Unfortunately I do not have the possibility to change the image myself.

Sorry, my mistake. Just a typo. I've corrected the image and uploaded the fixed version, although the change hasn't appeared yet (takes time for Wikimedia servers to refresh?).
