Speedy deletion contesting

I do not believe that this speedy deletion should go ahead because there is no evidence of ANY form of copyright on the image or the page/website linked by the template. Plus we have camera information within the image metadata which proves that this was not found by a random google image search. Barts1a | Talk to me | Yell at me 05:02, 22 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, it's the other way round. The uploader has to provide evidence that the image is free. Content of websites is generally copyrighted and has always to be considered copyrighted if there is not proof of a copyleft release. --Túrelio (talk) 08:38, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
