Licensing[edit]
The file was transferred from Russian Wikipedia where the wrong licensing was previously considered for it. Actually, {{PD-RU-exempt}} should be assigned in the case of the USSR stamp image used for the book cover design and {{PD-trivial}} to the rest of the image. Overall, this book cover design does not include any original artistic copyrighted work, because it is just a title and an author name printed with a standard font of different size. This issue was discussed with the Wikimedia Commons administrator and bureaucrat EugeneZelenko, and he agreed with this licensing (see User talk:EugeneZelenko#Book cover question). --Michael Romanov (talk) 17:10, 12 September 2010 (UTC)
