Description
Deutsch: 03.07.2017 09600 Oberschöna, Am Geyersberg 1: Hier stand das Schloß vor seinem Abriß (GMP: 50.896371,13.253730). Befestigter Herrensitz seit Mitte des 12. Jh. Feuer zerstörte 1761 (7-jähriger Krieg) Kirche und Rittergut. Neubau durch Hans Georg von Carlowitz 1803/04 nach einem Entwurf des Leipziger Baumeisters Dauthe. 1945 Enteignung und Neuverteilung des Rittergutsbesitzes im Zuge der Bodenreform. Das Herrenhaus diente zunächst als Wohnhaus, Schule u. Einkaufsmöglichkeit. 1949 erfolgte der Abbruch. Neubau eines Gebäudes mit 6 Wohnungen auf den Grundmaueren des Schlosses.
