UBz: Am Schlusse seiner Eröffnungsansprache übergibt der Schirmherr des Festes, Reichinnenminister Dr. Frick dem Reichssportführer Staatssekretär von Tschammer und Osten im Auftrag des Führers das neue Banner des Reichsbundes für Leibesübungen, das den Adler von Goldlorbeer umgeben im roten Felde zeigt.
